REACH Declaration

REACH Regulation created the candidate list of SVHC, the Substances of Very High Concern, for which there are obligations of communication. This list is updated twice a year by ECHA, the European Chemicals Agency. It is possible to download our statement related to these substances.

EPA TSCA Section 6(h)

As required under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), as amended by the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, EPA issued five final rules on January 6, 2021, to reduce exposures to certain chemicals that are Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT). EPA is prohibiting the manufacture, processing, distribution and importing of those substances listed in Section 6(h) of TSCA unless their use is specifically exepted.

Conflict Minerals Declaration

Starting from 2021, EU-based importers of certain minerals and metals will have to comply with new supply chain due diligence obligations that will become mandatory under EU Regulation 2017/821 of 17 May 2017 (the Conflict Minerals Regulation).
